I had a bad experience with the restaurant. I've been a customer for years now, I always order delivery as much as I go to the restaurant, but this Sunday, 11/26, I ordered a snack and it took more than 2 hours for the snack to arrive, the explanation for the delay was completely unfounded, they didn't solve our problem, we had tactless treatment and they still wanted to deliver the cold snack.
