Powderhorn Saloon - Jumping Pound

We ordered appetizers and shared them. We enjoyed the ribs, yam fries, chicken wings, and chicken bites. The chicken wings were a bit salty, but that was the flavor we chose. The fries were not crispy, they were soft. The chicken bites with sweet chili sauce were absolutely delicious. Customers can choose their desired flavor for the wings. The restaurant had live entertainment, with a local singer performing music from the 70s and 80s. The singer was very talented. In addition to appetizers, they also serve burgers, soup, salad, desserts, and various entrees. The restaurant offers daily drink specials. The walls were adorned with pictures from the Calgary Stampede of years past. The service was good overall.

One of the best steak sandwiches I ate. we are regular and always order their excellent ceaser salat, steak sandwich with sweet potato friars. friendly as always, matt is always on the ball with its big smile to serve us. He knows what, we want to sit before we sit down. beautiful and friendly atmosphere and before covid their Friday night live country music always attracted all age groups. The service was good, but the steak sandwich was not worth the money. The most flavorful item on the plate was the small piece of garlic bread. The salad seemed past its prime.
