Abby's Legendary Pizza - Junction City

Worst customer service ever! Placed us on hold for over 10 minutes to make an order for pick up then hung up on us. They care more about the customers inside then those that call in. DO NOT give them your business. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

As a first-time visitor, we were disappointed to find that the touch screens at the order counter were not functioning. After 10 minutes of waiting, we were finally noticed and served. The pizza tasted similar to Round Table, which we enjoyed, but the price of $40 for one pizza seemed excessive. The restaurant had picnic table seating that would be suitable for older children, but may not be ideal for toddlers. There was a viewing deck where we could watch the kitchen staff make pizzas, creating a laid-back atmosphere with children playing around. It was a bit overwhelming for our child with autism due to the sensory stimulation, but he did enjoy the arcade corner.

The restaurant is a bit cramped with too many tables for the space. I have never seen it completely full, even when the staff is busy. The employees have a great attitude and work well as a team, providing exceptional customer service, especially the evening manager named Kid. The restaurant is kid-friendly with video games and pinball/claw machines available. The adult gaming area is separate, which helps maintain a family-friendly atmosphere.
