Some of the best bbq I’ve ever had. Melt in your mouth brisket mixed with the sauce they have makes for a great meal. 5/5

We had Darrin and his wonderful staff cater a 60th Wedding Anniversary on the Saturday after Christmas for 100 people in Salina Ks. They did a fantastic job and the food was phenomenal! We had pulled pork, brisket, some of the best cheesy potatoes ever and cowboy beans that were awesome. I highly recommend them. Not only was the food so delicious, his homemade bbq sauce was loved by all. They were very prompt and very professional and their prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use them again in the future. Definitely would give them a 5 star rating

This place is amazing and is the best BBQ to hit JC! The only thing that saddens me, is that they are not here year round. I can not wait for sundown salute.
