Vegan fried noodles really hit the spot. With limited vegan options in June, this place is my go to spot!

A friend took me here for lunch before we went on a hike in the area. I was very pleasantly surprised at not only the number of options available at this food truck but also the number of veggie options! I got the Hawaiian plate lunch with baked tofu and veggie crumble (it's made with lentils , my friend got the Honolulu fried noodles. We both got the regular size which is a good amount of food! I didn't think I'd finish but it was just so good

Fantastic homemade food, great staff. Mostly vegan. They shifted from meat-centric to plant-forward, and it’s awesome. Ask them for their secret menu!! Updated from previous review on 2022-10-24

Stopped here in the advice of a friend and was treated to some of the tastiest tofu noodles and a delicious tofu burrito with pineapple salsa. Nice ambiance and lots of people, which is a tell for the quality.
