The rich smoke flavor perfectly complemented the brisket, which was cooked to perfection - tender yet holding its form. My party of seven had a fantastic dinner at Cutting Board Smokehouse. We enjoyed a variety of meats, including smoked chicken, ribs, brisket, pork loin, and pastrami. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. The chicken was particularly moist and juicy, a definite favorite among the group.
