Four Plates Cocina Peruana - Juneau

Four Tellers has a menu with just four main dishes, and we started with the first one: a spicy yet simple chicken and potato stew served with rice. The portion sizes were generous, and the staff was friendly and eager to help. The dish was well-seasoned, although it lacked the intense flavors typical of Mexican cuisine. The potatoes and chicken were tender. We also ordered a Caesar salad, which was a huge serving, and shared a churro for dessert, which I highly recommend. I came in with no expectations and left feeling very satisfied!

We had a two-hour layover in Juneau, so we decided to grab lunch at a nearby restaurant. It only took about ten minutes to get there, but it was definitely worth it. The bacon empanada was outstanding—I'm guessing it's a new addition since it wasn't on the menu, but it will likely be added soon. I also tried the chicken stew, which was incredibly flavorful and delicious. I can't wait to return next time!

This is an interesting and delightful little restaurant. It's interesting because of the unique Peruvian dishes on the menu, and there aren't many Peruvian restaurants in Alaska. The food is exceptionally delicious, with both the steak and pasta being well above average. I also tried some other items from the menu, and they were perfect. The staff was very attentive as well. Overall, this place is a hidden gem.

I always look for something different from burger or pizza. in juniau, in winter, the options are slim, but in was pleasantly surprised to find a Peruvian restaurant! I had the saltado that he was fabulous. the fries with the rice were strange, but so they do it and it was good! I'll eat here again when I'm in town.

The service was amazing, and the food was unexpectedly delicious. The bacon empanada is to die for! I didn't experience anything here I didn't like. Perfect! Exactly what I want when I dine in.
