Pie In The Sky - Juneau

One day before a good friend's birthday came with an application for a cake that involved ginger and chocolate. Pie delivered in the sky! The cake looked a little creepy, but was absolutely delicious. She added a coffee flavor that was not requested, but turned out wonderfully. Be sure that you do not want them to be creative / different from your request if you are Picky. But you can trust the flavors from here because - if sometimes quite unique - they are consistently good. A little expensive, but high-quality baking is an expensive end.

This place is a must when in town. The owner is fantastic and all items are made from scratch. There are only a few options offered daily as this is a single female operation and she takes care of what she does. The coffee is good and the pastries are top notch. Can't say enough good things about this little place you take CC!
