Nick Johnny's Osteria - Juno Beach

My husband and I have been visiting this restaurant for years. Often times take out. Last week we slept together. My husband ordered crabcakes and I ordered chicken livers. My husband ate a crab cake and the waiter offered to pack the rest of his meal. Rosalita took his plate into the kitchen and never again the package. She was busy talking to the staff. After we checked out, we left. On the way home we realized that we didn't get our package. My husband called the restaurant, no answer. He left a detailed message and asked them to cool the package and he will pick up the next day. We almost closed. The next day there was no recall. He called and spoke to a very rude, innocent man. He told us about the food and didn't offer to replace the crab cake. My husband wanted to talk to Nick. After a couple of back and forth, the guy wouldn't knock. We're not driving from Wellington anymore. BTW, for the first time the chicken livers were boiled and dry. Never!

Excellent place! Wow very cozy everyone loves the bartender, singers are amazing! It?s a family type plwce to really feel at home! Best place to get Italian. Cocktails, meet excellent people and the music is superb! Ty G

I always try and support local, but can?t say anything good about this restaurant. Food was ok but worst service I have ever experienced. The hostess Gina was rockstar but she spent the entire night apologizing for the service. We should have followed the 2 other tables we saw walk out without ever being met by a waiter. We also never once met our waiter. The hostess took our order and brought the food. We asked several times for water. After several Requests we were finally told they were out of glasses and then were brought a glass with lipstick on it. Food was ok but nothing special. Won?t ever return

Service was ok, our waitress was in a bad mood but improved as pay time approached. Food was OK, my husband had the ossobucco. It was a piece of veal covered with marinara sauce. There was a disconnect because the meat wasn?t cooked on the sauce. It was added. The same with the veal marsala. Ok but not cooked with the sauce. Pizza looked good.

If you're looking for fresh, delicious, authentic Italian food look no further! I'm extremely picky with Italian food and I have to say this was the best meal I've had in probably years. Customer service was above and beyond par. The portions were much bigger than expected and overall I would give this place 20 stars if I could! We ordered chicken francese and lobster ravioli. ??????
