Subway - Juno Ridge

I wanted to order some cookies and I always prefer them to be fresh. Before I paid, I asked the young lady if they were baked this morning and she said yes. Cool, I paid for them. Before I left the store, I tasted them and they were far from fresh. I told the lady that they didn’t taste fresh and all of a sudden she said, “that’s all we have honey”. I just feel like she lied to avoid dealing with me. Apparently, Subway bakes cookies in 4-hour increments and they claimed they baked those cookies today. A gentleman said they don’t carry over any cookies from the previous day, but I arrived around 10AM. How could a cookie baked 2 hours ago not taste fresh?? I feel deceived. 0 stars.

Amanda and Ginger are fantastic individuals! I had a rough day, but they made it so much better. This is now my favorite Subway location.
