Casa Diaz Mexican Kitchen

First time trying this place. ? I had chilaquiles verdes with carne asada, beans and potatoes. It was delicious!!! The carne asada was a bit dry but everything else was so good! Can’t wait to go back and try more. I’ve heard a lot of good things about this restaurant.

Great food, horrible customer service. I ordered over the phone and was told 20 mins. I got there 25 mins later and waited another 40 mins only to find out no one was making my order. So I just left. I wasn’t gonna make another hour. The staff are very unfriendly too. They seemed annoyed when I asked for status of my order. This wasn’t the first time I had to wait a long time.

Went with family and tried different dishes. The food was not good at all. The only good thing was the salsas.

Food was good, came to eat with family I’m visiting. Waited a bit to be seated it wasn’t busy. Service was just normal service even though had to wave to get a workers attention . I noticed a worker eating on the front counter which is unprofessional, working in a restaurant is all about prescription. I wouldn’t nor would I think anyone else want to eat at a place people are eating in front of customers right behind the counter. Also noticed they didn’t wash their hands after so whatever is pathogens they had could’ve transferred. At least do it in no view.

Casa Diaz used to be good the last 2or 3 times here have been well food wise sorry to say bad experience last time I went I ordered the chilachilles I got served they pretty much threw in some cold tortilla chips and pour the beans and Chorizo over it might I add the beans and chorizo were pretty horrible and they seemed like they were taken out of a can Casa Diaz over the past few times a few years honestly has just gotten worse and worse unfortunately this place used to be really good food really good food customer service yeah it could be better Also service wise could be better I had asked for a few things repeatedly respectfully to take out by the time I was ready to leave and pay nothing so yeah
