Domino's Pizza - Jurupa Valley

I had a disappointing experience with the service. I ordered a delivery of 5 pizzas—3 pepperoni and 2 cheese—but received all 5 as cheese pizzas. Additionally, the delivery driver expected me to walk down the sidewalk to collect my order.

I ordered cheesy bread and had to pay extra for marinara sauce. It really should include at least one sauce with the dish.

We typically don’t encounter problems with service or quality at this restaurant. I’m not sure if ordering late at night or being in a different area, and therefore receiving our food from a different branch, contributed to this awful experience. The pizza was overcooked to the point of being cracker-like and it was cold by the time we received it an hour and a half later. Honestly, I expected a lot more considering we spent nearly fifty dollars.

I order from here often, and my food is always ready quickly. The app allows me to track the progress of my order. When I pay in advance, I can skip the line for pickup. The pizzas are well-made, never greasy, and loaded with toppings—much better than what I used to get at Pizza Hut, which is just around the corner. We've been coming here for years, and it’s always a great meal!

I've always had a smooth experience ordering from this place. My food is consistently accurate, ready, and hot when I go to pick it up. The staff is friendly and efficient as well.
