Restaurant Cava - Kaarst

Friends living in Kaarst took me to this cosy restaurant in the historic center of Kaarst, a small town right at the doorsteps of the city of Duesseldorf . I.e. consider a driving time of about 20 mins from the city center of Duesseldorf to...get there, taking the Autobahn to the western outskirts. But it's worth it, the Cava is one of the best Greek Cuisine Restaurants in and close to my home town, a real discovery. Thus I've come here already more often since, with many other friends, enjoying the good food as well as a super selection of wines indoors as well as outdoors. Outdoors, because at the rear end of the restaurant you'll discover a spacy garden terrace, t h e place to be at warm mid-summer eves. A special recommendation, try their Retsina Wines.

We had a dinner with friends and we were happy with the evening. The restaurant is located in the old part of Kaarst near the church Old-St.Martinus of 1200.

The food was great, and the stuff was great. Prices were reasonable. Loved it in a small town like kaarst were every thing is closed after 22:00 this restaurant is still open and the food is very good.

Friendly Greek restaurant with a very extensive map, ranging from Greek specialties to international dishes (such as steaks) and including standards such as Gyros. Friendly and hospitable boss. Service: Dine in
