Bonefish Grill - Kadesh

Trash service. Took forever to be seated despite an empty restaurant. Waited 15 mins nobody came to our table but came and refilled drinks for the people next to us. What a terrible business model.

Walked out after waiting 15 minutes for someone to come over and take our drink orders despite there being almost no customers in the store.

I’ve been here an hour and counting and have still haven’t received my food. Yet the to-go order I placed has been given to me and the dessert was brought out first. I’m sure the food would’ve been good if it was hot but I won’t know because I’m packing everything and taking it to go.

I had dinner at Bonefish Grill with my significant other and my marriage crumbled. Bonefish more like blowfish. Impeccable service though.

Food was excellent. We tried the Crusty Cauliflower which had an excellent Asian sauce on it. Really good! Overall service was very good with lots of overlapping crew checking on us. I think the server may have been new since there were some minor gaps in service (didn’t bring bread but someone noticed and brought it out), and other very minor items, but they all looked out for us to make service was great. At the end of our meal, the front of house manager came by to greet us and ask about the experience. I thought that said a lot about the customer care.
