Jack's - Kadesh

The drive thru person was a bit rude and pushy. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, either way they’ve kind of been that way 2 of my 3 visits there. The food is subpar, however, the milkshakes are good to go! That’s the reason for my return visits.

Chicken was dry, and the biscuit was hard. This was 1st time on Northern blvd location. I'm not returning here again.

Food is always awesome!!! Biscuits are amazing!! Grits and Sausage gravy are unbeatable!! I don't know her name but the heavy set young lady at the counter is not a people person, never smiling and very short with customers. Service is sketchy as I originally ate there but consistently received my order to go, with several items missing. No drink,(had to remind them) missing grits, missing sausage, no forks, no ice in machine out front, (it's been that way since September)so I just gave up and quit going. I work on the bypass and it really is a disappointment since there are no other places to get breakfast.

We try to eat here- we love jacks! But the staff aren’t helpful. It takes 20 min just to get some ketchup! The staff won’t make eye contact or stay near the counter so you can’t get any assistance. Then when you finally get their attention they’re rude about it. Very slow if you eat in!
