Giovanni's Shrimp Truck - KAHUKU

The shrimp truck itself is slightly overrated, but I must say it was truly worth the hype. The menu may seem simple, yet the flavors were undeniably delicious. The shrimp were cooked to perfection, with a perfect balance of seasoning and freshness that left me craving for more. Selection of other food options is available nearby. From tacos and burgers to asian food. Mind you, it is all truck, some with variable quality, although there was something for everyone to enjoy. I highly recommend this shrimp truck to anyone looking for a simple meal that goes beyond just shrimp.

The order line is long, but moves quickly. Please note that Hot Spicy has a sour taste. Number 1 is the most acceptable and okay

Classic...best scampi, garlic, plate lunch. Been stopping here for 15 years every time we come to Oahu. Always delicious, never disappoints. Good smoothies now, too.
