He is very friendly and passionate about his food, even growing herbs in pots in front of his truck and cutting them fresh for each customer's dish. This attention to detail shows that he truly cares about his customers' experience. I tried the shrimp paella and the Greek frappe, which was not like what you would get at Starbucks - it was room temperature with a thick layer of foam on top, but delicious nonetheless. The paella was fantastic, bursting with flavor and generously portioned. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, the broccoli fresh, and the addition of the fresh herbs made it even more beautiful. I can't wait to go back and try more of Dino's dishes. He puts his own spin on traditional recipes, adding a Greek twist that makes his food unique and exciting. I love when chefs are adventurous and creative with their cooking, and Dino definitely delivers on that front.
The paella at this restaurant is a unique twist on the traditional dish. The first bite is filled with fresh flavors from the herbs grown in pots outside the food truck. The Blue Burger is also delicious, with a flavorful sauce. I admire the creativity and passion put into the dishes. The food is amazing and you can taste the love in every bite. It is definitely worth more than what you pay for.
I can't praise my experience at this food truck and the phenomenal food enough. I was genuinely impressed! I ordered the Greek fish and chips. Normally, I focus more on the fish when I have fish and chips, but the salad, sauces, and homemade fries were outstanding. It was truly an amazing meal. The chef worked alone with such pride and expertise. He presented the dish to me and explained how much thought and care went into it. I hope to have the chance to dine here again.
BEST.BURGER. I don't sweat. it's the fifth time I've visited the usa and that's the best burger I've ever had. everything is just perfect, and the bungalow, oh my, the bun! real house made sourdig brot. if they ever come to maui, they should stop the display dinos. you will thank me later!
Dino, the owner is a culinary institute trained cook with 25 years in paris and nyc. it tastes a bit of gourmet evening from the small small food truck. I recommend the paella. it is a wet saucyreis like a risotto, and deliciously seasoned with saffron and cut with crimsons fresh right in front of the truck. It was so good that I have a second part to go home with me on the plane. he works on a 4-course-gourmet dinner after 18 o'clock directly from his truck to check it! everything is out of the scratch. the fries are amazing
