Dino's Gourmet On-the-go - Kahului

The last time we were in Maui we stopped in before we went back home and this time my husband made sure we made it back here before we left. Dinos on the go is one of the little trucks next to the Costco. Dino's Maui deluxe big blue burger is absolutely amazing! The chef is such a nice guy, super friendly and not to mention he makes everything from scratch so everything tastes amazing and fresh. This will for sure be a stop in every visit to Maui!

My husband and I love this place. We don't eat out much, but Dinos is worth it. We love gyros and it's pretty reasonable for Maui. The meat is so tender it just melts in your mouth, but the real win is the pita and the sauce. I'm a bread girl, and these radiate from scratch. There's a little thinner than what I've had before, and gives it a good ratio. Then he puts two kinds of sauce on it, and veggies for a little crunch. Every bite is loaded with flavor and dripping with goodness. You'll need a napkin when you're done, but it knocks it out of the park. Then the garlic fries. I'm pregnant, and this is a need really. The trick is to take the fries home. The garlic sauce sits on the fries and creates it's own thing. I prefer my fries a little softer, so if you like crisp eat them there. I promise you will be scrapping the sauce with the fries. I'm pregnant so I'm seeing the review is pretty thorough, but hey, pregnant lady likes her food. Forgot to take picture haha

EXCELLENT food, Chef Dino is very friendly and his cooking is fantastic. His sauces are especially great and something you'll definitely remember.
