Reservations had to be made well in advance but SO worth it!

This restaurant is located on the UH Maui campus, on the upper floor of the Pa 'Aina building. It is run by students from the college’s culinary arts program, both in the kitchen and in customer service. Open only on Wednesdays and Fridays, they offer a different cuisine each week. Everything is absolutely delicious! Experienced chief instructors oversee both the front and back of the house, closely monitoring each service to ensure excellent quality and nutrition. Reservations are essential! This is a fantastic restaurant that ranks among the top 100 in the nation. You can also bring your own wine. It’s always a delightful experience.

The culinary students at UH Maui College do an excellent job! Unfortunately, their hours and seating are limited, so it's best to call ahead and make reservations.

Talented up-and-coming chefs and hospitality students are guided by highly qualified professionals, delivering one of the best five-course meals on Maui. I've never had a disappointing experience.
