They should remove the sub from their name. They make sandwiches and don't know anything about making a sub or hoagie. Go to Jersey Mikes instead.

Gram and Josh were swamped today and handled the line wonderfully. Both were polite and quick. We got 5 Sandwich's and they were all tasty! The produce was just okay, but to be expected in Hawaii. The store, and food prep area were super clean with how busy they were.

Old lady has the WORST attitude about everything, asking me if i 'm paying cash or card rudely. Than proceeds to say i 'm not doing that for you really aggressively . It 's subway I want my sandwich how I want it. Leave her behind and this business is 5/5

Sandwich was extremely light on all ingredients but the real kicker was no water to drink unless I buy it in a plastic bottle that traveled halfway around the world. I know the idea is to milk every last cent from me they can, but plastic bottles leach chemicals into the water inside, then end up in our landfill due to inadequate recycling on Maui. This is no way to malama aina and I will never be back to this location.

Had been going there for many times until I had to use the restroom. I agree with the previous comments. The worker didn;t let me in and pointed to the sign that paying customers, which my wife was in line ready to order. All she needed to do is use common sense. I don't believe the owners or managers care about this. I will not be back and I live here.
