Wendy's - Kahului

This is one of the friendliest fast food restaurants you could go to.The staff is always a delight and kind They’ve never got my order wrong. They’re always pleasant.

The young girl who took my order was very friendly and respectful.The older lady tried to make conversation, asked my name, said it wrong 4 times, how hard is it to say 2 syllables Ho-ku . Its not hoka not huku. She me asked me what nationality I am. My response was American. Then she said my name doesn't sound American. So I said, if you wanted to know my heritage its Hawaiian. She then tried to tell me she went to Maui and stayed at a place called Wekia. THERE IS NO CITY NAMED WEKIA or Wako there. She didn't have any remorse for survivors of the fire either, but hey if she did go to Maui I am glad she sure enjoyed herself.I just came to get a drink and a frosty, I didn't want a controversial discussion. Hawaii is my heart and soul it's sad tourists disrespectful and so obsessed. Never coming here again.
