Hico - Kailua Kona

I enjoyed a delightful vegan gurkentoast made with local Macnut cheese, as well as a delicious vegan pesto panini and tasty vegan pastries. The matcha with milk was excellent! The vegan musubi was also quite good. The atmosphere is fun and perfect for working on your computer.

We visited for ice cream and discovered they offered vegan donuts. The Ube coconut and Matcha Lilikoi donuts were fantastic. We also bought a bag of their coffee, which we enjoyed throughout the week. The staff was very friendly. Overall, a great choice!

Put Spam musubi back on the menu or at least replace it with another vegan item. At least 1 vegan pastries available

I arrived at 3:15, but unfortunately, all the vegan options were gone. The iced coffee with milk was great, though! It costs $5, and they offer agave and turbinado sugar as sweeteners.
