Panda Express - Kailua-Kona

On top of getting sick, the interior of the restaurant was very dirty. The cashier was rude, especially when she asked if I wanted to round up my order for charity, and I said no. I will not be returning to this place. If you choose to eat here, make sure you go during peak hours so the food is fresh.

There's no way orange chicken could possibly be sold out...

I rated it 4 stars because the service was quick. The food is average and comparable to other Panda Express locations—not exceptional Chinese cuisine, but it gets the job done.

Panda Express is usually a great experience, but Tonight Charies was both incredibly rude and unhelpful. This employee truly tainted the experience. What a shame.

I've been coming here for years. When it's on point, there is honestly no better value in all of Kona. Even when the food is off or not optimal it's still a solid choice. The service is very robotic, but usually polite. I like the new loyalty system.Vegetarian options: There are tofu and other vegetarian dishes.Parking: During lunch peak parking can be a little frustrating but there is almost always a spot in the strip mall parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals that kids will eat. High chairs availableWheelchair accessibility: There are ramps up to the sidewalk although they are a ways away.
