Terrible! Half of the dishes put on our table were dirty. Eat on the insides of waterglasses, plates grimy. My daughter found a dead bug in her macaroni. We decided to leave a few minutes later. In our hurry we have mistakenly forgotten to put our masks back on when we leave the restaurant. When we came by, one of the employees tortured us quite rudely because he didn't wear them. After my family came to the parking lot, I went back and let the staff know about our unhappy culinary experience. He dismissed me by saying yes thank you! . I also told him that I had photos and left a negative review to which I received the same rejection. The owner came to me and asked me to send him to solve the problem so I did. He then blocked me from commenting on the Facebook page and never answered my email. disappoint, but not surprisingly after the experience we had there.
We've enjoyed Splashers many times over the years. Get a table by the rail for the best experience. Good place for people watching around the harbor
This was a good bar to grab drinks and appetizers. We went at night so I can’t speak for the view. The appetizers were okay. We were bar hopping in Kona, and we liked the upstairs open air bar. The wait staff were all attentive and quick.
The Splasher’s Grill has good food at fair prices and the service is excellent! Nice location, walking distance from several nearby hotels. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
