It was a hot summer afternoon, very humid before a thunderstorm that slowly approached. we have made a table reservation for 2 people per email; the confirmation came immediately, which was a good sign. in the did was later proved that everything was simply done...compulsory. eating was really great from beginnings to desserts!

I guess that was the worst culinary experience in steiermark in the last 5 years. we reserved a table for gansl dinner. due to the full parking space we had to park for 10 minutes and were 10 minutes too late. the chef has greeted us with them. are late, we have to put the gansl back in the many. the server gave us the menu for starter, but when it came to take the order, there was the statement oh, there is no time for the first cure the gansl is now ready. what a timing? if I reserve a table on 7 o'clock, it's quite unusual to have the food ready on 7om. the gansl through the delay was quite cross and dry. everything in all was good, however, and besides the strange service and timing was the red cab really excellent. the service desaster went on: order coffee was not successful. the waitress has forgotten our order. at the end the coffee was cold. the bill spoke for itself: a goose 140 eur (4 pers. plus drinks 270 eur. in comparison with which service and eat it elsewhere in steiermark I can't recommend this restaurant.
