After waiting about 45 minutes, the waitress came to our table and told us she's very sorry, but she she burned our pizzas and had to make them again. We didn't get our food until about 9:45 PM and the pizzas weren't even very good. We also waited twenty minutes after ordering a beer before getting up and having to get it ourselves. There were only about two other guests at the restaurant in the time that we spent there, so I have no idea what could have been the problem. She was very friendly and apologetic, but I would definitely not come back here.
The inn is located on the main street of pettneu, very small but beautiful village on the empty Tyrolean Alps during the summer as an excellent ski resort. In August, in this inn there were occupied 2 tables just beyond ours. wood furnishings and old wood stoves (perfectly working) give this place the typical atmosphere of the Tyrolean inns. Excellent gulash and really excellent meat. a soft wiener schnitzel and, although fried, at the same time very light and a mixture of roast meat (maiale, beef, lamb) to lick the mustache; the courses, unlike what happens elsewhere, are not "from truck driver" although they are as a rule accompanied by fries and salad. Great beer to water everything. Including 2 coffees (expressed to the American:) € 34.The Tyrolean Alps are wonderful but they are even more after eating in this trattoria.
