Harvey's On The Mall - Kalamazoo

The service at the bar was terrible. I was very disappointed. My son and I were not greeted when we sat down, one of the bartenders even ignored us completely while fidgeting with her shoe. The bartender walked past us twice before finally acknowledging us. When I ordered a mai tai, I was rudely told that they didn't make them. Our drinks were eventually brought to us, but they were spilled and not even warmed up. We were never asked if we wanted to order food, and had to request a menu which was forgotten about until I asked for it 15 minutes later. We ordered some appetizers, but were never checked on to see if we wanted to order any more food. The bartender mentioned that he ate the appetizers every day as they were served, but we were never given the opportunity. I will not be returning to this restaurant. It's worth noting that there were only two other people at the bar, so they had plenty of opportunity to provide better service.

The drinks and food were fantastic! The rooftop seating was wonderful. The only downside was the lack of indoor AC, otherwise it would have been a 5-star experience.

Sam the bartender doesn't disappoint. He has a great personality and ensures you always have a cold beer in hand. He deserves a raise or at least some free drinks for keeping the bar running smoothly.

Best olive burgers and drinks always good and affordable. beautiful atmosphere and a deck in the upper floor.

First time customer and the food was great along with the service! I highly recommend it. Nice size food and drink menu.
