Hungry Howie's Pizza - Kalamazoo

I ordered a large pizza with two types of pepperoni on it, and it was delicious!

The phone communication was excellent! The person who took our order was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

They should really be sending out quality pizzas, but instead, they keep making mistakes. Now they’re blaming us for the issues. It’s unbelievable! They offered a $15 credit, as if that could make up for such a terrible experience. It’s shocking how they refuse to take responsibility and just play the blame game instead of trying to resolve the problems.

Called to order pizza on 2/16. What a nightmare the guy that took the order could not understand English to save his life. Told him three times no olives cause the kids are allergic to them. Still got olives on the pizza. Even got my zip code wrong as well as our name. Hungry Howies is out sourcing calls. Asked the Associate at the store about the guy, she told us that they have had a few complaints form other people. We will not be back.

This was best calzone I've gotten here in forever crispy crust extra parmesan definitely going make me come back again soon!
