Lefty's Cheesesteaks - Kalamazoo

Best burger of any fast food or sit down chain restaurants. Had bacon cheese burger, it was delicious. I am looking forward to trying more items. The price is great also

Paid over $20 for what I can only describe as mediocre fair food (just the soda alone was $2 and some change). I gave it a try but I won't be back. It was alright but I could have made the same thing at home. Hot Cheetos and Nacho Cheese should not be on a cheesesteak. Their try at originality is severely lacking. I'm sure this will be one of those restaurants to disappear in the next few years. Someone gave the owner of this place too much confidence, I would suggest they go back to basics and figure out what a cheesesteak really is.

I lived in Philly for years. This ain’t that, but for Kalamazoo, it scratches that itch. I usually do the Grim Reaper with Chicken. Best cheesesteak in this area for sure.Parking: Little light on painting, but tons of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: It appears wheel chair accessible. Two good handicap spots by front door. No automatic doors, but the staff would probably help.

I don't understand how this restaurant manages to stay open. I drive by all the time and never see any customers there. Maybe it's a front for money laundering, haha. I once ordered a sandwich at the drive-thru and it was honestly the worst sandwich I've ever had. I only ate a third of it before throwing the rest away.

Service! The staff went above and beyond to correct the mistake and ensure that I had a positive experience. I highly recommend this restaurant for their excellent customer service.
