Little Caesars Pizza - Kalamazoo

Kalamazoo has the best Little Caesars around. The food is consistently delicious and expertly prepared every time.

On a side note, on 9/11/21, I arrived to find the lobby locked without any warning, and there were only a few people sitting on the floor inside. I had to drive through the Drivethru instead. I urge the management to make improvements at this location. On the positive side, this location has never made a mistake with my pizza order when I have received it, so I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I waited 5 minutes before the cashier took my order for a lunch box. After paying with my card, he got into an argument with the cook for 5 minutes, causing a scene in the store. When he returned with my food, he claimed I hadn't given him my card, even though I knew I had. It turned out he had given it to someone else. I had to freeze my account and get a new card, costing me $10. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I will not be returning. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Unfortunately, we won't be back. We have prepaid a pickup order and arrived at the desired time. We waited for 45 minutes. My husband had to knock through the window on the drive to get someone's attention. There were also missing articles. We had just left, but we had already paid and a child had promised pizza.

Rushed here from the West Main location due to the crowd they had. Got there around 7:10-7:30pm on a Saturday. Their normal hours are until 8pm. Doors locked, lights off, no one there. So disappointed in Little Caesars after that night. I ran to the gull road location, so 3 locations in one night, ended up getting hungry howies instead. Gull Road was worse and they were open, barely any food left and having customers pick and choose from what they had left. Pretty pathetic that they advertise staying open until 8 and are either not there or straight up refuse to make anymore pizzas.
