Fast service if you want pepperoni, but wait for everything else

I ordered online and they delivered the wrong pizza. I went to the store because nobody answered the phone. The staff was nice, but then I met Jerry (the manager I never asked). He must be the worst manager. He just said it wasn't his fault. He was just a joke! Thanks to the rest of the staff, it can be a head above the boss.

I?ve always tried to give this location the advantage of doubt? but it is so unreliable. It is not hot and ready, the lobby is closed most of the time, and even the hours when they are open are questionable. They had waited me in line for 10 minutes, I had to pay, asked me to wait 3 min and back in the car lan line and it was now 5 min. I mean? I'm writing this now. Do you understand me?

I placed an order online and I never had a problem before and to the place to see that it closed early and taken my money without option to cancel my money back or try everything to call a few other shops and at all no answer from any business in Kalamazoo period. will be in the office as soon as they start tomorrow morning, this is unacceptable. I want a refund and not 7 to 10 working days either did not last all so long to shake the money my head....

No one picks up the phone remote memory is full . Ordered on line at 11:30 am with 20 minute wait. NO ONE at the store. Waited and finally had to go back to work at 1 pm but was charged for the pizzas, wings and coke anyway. Calling corporate HQ to complain and canceling the CC transaction.
