Long John Silver's 70150 - Kalamazoo

Such incredibly nice kalamazooians...run this ship under pressure with ease and calmness..everything I ordered was perfectly delicious...I love all the specials offered constantly making for an affordable dinner to feed a team...super fun place to patronize for the kiddos too

Ordered online for pickup. They made me wait 30 minutes after my pickup time saying they were out and had to cook more... despite serving the 4 people in front of me. I got 7 9 pieces of chicken, cold because they had boxed it before I got there. Drinks were down and refused a refund, then got rude with me. Won't ever be going back. 0 stars.

The fish was broken. the hushpuppies were delicious, the garnelen was great, but this place needs a makeover. cozy and dirty inside kitchen. a nice update and that could be a much better place!

So, I came through at 10:55. the website says they are open at 10:30. After sitting there for about 10 minutes, I was told that they were open at 11 o'clock, "but eating is not even cooked yet, but I said that would be good and I would wait. I was still there, other cars came up because no one commanded. I was waiting at 11:15 a.m., and when I went into the window, I got a terrible job. I remember why I'm not here. I just waited because you were eating what my family wanted

I love this restaurant. the personal is always friendly, eating is always good, and the rare times they made a mistake, they were always great to make it right. one of my favorite places!
