Mcdonald's - Kalamazoo

To visit one of my favorite McDonalds, and with my grandchildren! Customer service is always excellent and I must say I am more enthusiastic about this business; because I worked their early 80s. had a wonderful team and even made it by competition with other McDonald Chains I was driving thru window / cash register . That was one of my most beautiful places to work!!

Delicious! The smoothies are a pleasure, and what to say about the burgers. ..

We really enjoyed our visit, one of the ladies held at our table and offered a refill on our coffee, this was so beautiful, usually you have to go ahead and ask and wait

The ride was not packed, which was very nice. They first had a problem to make sure that we all had our articles, so we had to move forward and wait. But! Waiting wasn't terrible, and we got an extra Hasch brew for waiting. The manager, at least that's who I suspect it was, at the pickup window was very friendly, very pleasant and clearly liked her job. So nice to see this! As someone who has worked in food service in the past, I understand how frustrating it can be. But this person didn't let her in a bad mood.

I recently visited the McDonald's for my first time and yes the order did get a little off. The hospitality on the crew. Antoine was extremely helpful. Courtesest to say the least. Thanks for your time and help.
