Papa Johns Pizza - Kalamazoo

They seem to have all new people here with great imagination! very friendly staff especially a worker named destiny! the food was good when she also trained and called another worker and was still a very sweet person and made sure it was right!

Order delivery, received a pizza roll as a pizza box was apparently thrown around like a frisbee. would not remake and deliver, but offered a loan. they try to redeem the loan to find the only one away to the remake is persecuted. apparently no possibility to add a delivery fee to a credit. the failing in the delivery of pizza is a bad sign for a delivery / carryout only business.

Nasty burned black food contaminated the order can not get money back just put on a list for another pizza do not want to eat here again and do not recommend it

I ordered my food while I was at work, they told me it was here 35-40 minutes and and hour in half past I finally called them to see what the problem was because my order has never come to tell me that they have canceled my order because they can pay money for delivery? they never called me to communicate that I never asked if I wanted to pay with a card or anything for this matter that they simply never called, then the manager was rude and not at all helpful to my problem in the did he sounded disturbed and let me know how too busy he was to treat the situation that I said in paying customers also, and he will make sure they keep me open for my rounding up they will keep me there

If I could give them below a one star I would. The most horrific customer service experience ever. I ordered pizza that was supposed to be delivered within 48 minutes. I didn’t mind the wait, about an hour and 15 mins I called to check what was going on. I was told the driver was only a few minutes from me. I waited and almost three hours passed. I called and was told that the driver did get to my place but couldn’t reach me. I’m still waiting on this to be delivered. I will never order from this place. Terrible terrible and liars. Never again! I will add that everyone else seems nice and polite except for someone by the name Russ, I’m assuming he’s the manager. Very rude and unprofessional. Corey that works is probably the kindest person ever! I hope he gets a raise for carrying the customer service for this store on his back.
