I have the pork spring rolls and the Rindsirloin rice bowl and he got the lemongras chicken train mi sandwich. Everything was delicious. Service was great. Peace is clean and parking on the back.
The restaurant is located in an interesting building with ample parking available. The Vietnamese cuisine is delicious, but be prepared to wait a bit for your meal as it takes some time to prepare—it's not ideal for a quick meal. The lemon rice bowl is outstanding, and the tofu is excellent as well.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant on a cold, rainy day. The pho arrived piping hot, and I loved that I could customize it with fresh vegetables and jalapeños on the side. The menu is small and straightforward, making it a great choice for anyone with anxiety or those who struggle with deciding what to order. The large windows were perfect for people-watching while I enjoyed my meal, and the Thai iced coffee tasted incredibly authentic. The living walls added a modern touch to the decor without feeling out of place. If you're a fan of Asian cuisine or noodles, this is the place for you. It's also an excellent spot for a casual meal while watching the rain.
I’m someone who really enjoys dining in comfortable environments with soft lighting and low music, and this restaurant definitely offers that. When it comes to pho, it has everything you could want: it’s fresh where it needs to be, rich where it should be, and served piping hot in an earthenware bowl. The side salad might not fit perfectly, but it’s still a nice addition, and the rooster sauce allows you to spice it to your liking. For takeout, I recommend trying the sandwich, but I think pho is best enjoyed dining in. No matter how you choose to eat, don’t miss the summer rolls; they have a bit less mint compared to Nonla, but the dipping sauce is truly unique. Kudos to the team for getting everything together and opening the restaurant! I haven’t visited Washington Square since the Vu closed, so this was a welcome return.
