Pizza Perfect - Kalamazoo

This pizza was more like a disappointment than anything else. It was just slightly better than Little Caesars, and the cheese bread was overcooked and dry, without any sauce on the side. I'm quite disappointed and don’t think we'll be ordering from here again.

This is actually a review of Google/the website. When you place an online order after visiting what Google indicates as this restaurant's website, it automatically directs you to the D Ave location. There's no clear option to select a different location for online orders. EDIT: I’m really impressed with how quickly they addressed this issue. The website was fixed just over an hour after I brought it to their attention. I'm changing my One-Star rating to a Three for now. I’ll review the pizza itself next time.

I discovered a hidden gem for pizza! I went in with low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was. There were plenty of toppings and lots of cheese. The prices are very reasonable, so I’ll make this my go-to pizza place for a while as I try out different items on the menu.

This place pleasantly surprised me. It's good pizza with a sauce that most people are going to like. Better than a few of the big chains that are farther less convenient for nearby businesses.

I appreciate the manager calling me before receiving my order to let me know that my special requests were extra even though I unfortunately didn't see the option to pay for extra sauce on my pizza or extra cheese on my breadsticks so I definitely recommend that they add that if it is extra as they say. My pizza was okay; due to their advertised images and my option of original crust I was expecting a thicker crust but it seems like I received smedium sized crust instead. On a good note, their cheesy bread sticks are delicious; not overly baked, perfect amount of garlic and a perfect amount of cheese shared with each piece of bread. The bread will keep me coming back and hopefully they'll expand the menu to add desserts.
