Watch YouTube and learn how to make authentic Mexican food at home. Me and my family use to go but the last time we went there it was just me and one of my kids, we got pretty sick from the food so we stopped going. That was about 5 years ago.

Pitstopped at this one on the way back to Chicago from Detroit. It 's definitely a hole in the wall and bit of a drive off the highway, but worth it. I grabbed a variety of street style tacos. Choice of various meats topped with onion and cilantro on two corn tortillas. Served with red and green salsa in a plastic container ready to be poured on for every bite. My only complaint would be that my horchata tasted a bit over sweet with some undertone of another fruit as if the serving machine had been previously used for some other agua fresca. Small star deducted, but overall I thought the food was great!Will definitely think of this spot the next time I 'm travelling between Chicago Detroit and could use some leg stretches and tacos. I've ate here twice had the steak tacos Mexican style. Mmmm mmm!!! Then I had the chicken enchilada with beans and rice. It wasn't a traditional enchilada I've had in time past. It was pretty much a corn taco folded like a taco with salsa and cheese drizzled; but this didn't take away from the great taste and presentation. Both experiences were great. Pleasant waitress friendly environment. I'll be back ?
