The guy next to us got the huge reubs, I was jealous. We ordered beer and apple juice- also tried the wing-smoky taste, THICK skin (which was still good, but near strange, and the side of the Bleu cheese has made house, but was so thick I think they could improve it with a little acidic cream (so you can fall lighter! Katie was a super attentive server and the place was very nice on Thursday at 5:00. We can't wait to go back! The bathrooms are close to the entrance and are very clean. You have done a wonderful work with transforming this unique establishment and you should visit!! Keep places like this at the top of your list! This cranberry brick alone is worth an hour's drive.
I had a customer recommend this location for dinner. Excellent recommendation! We fully enjoyed every part of this place. The brews we’re good, appetizer good, main dish was excellent and dessert amazing.
TCB did a great job brewing their 7th anniversary NE IPA. It goes well with their fish tacos. And the patio is the perfect place to enjoy both.
This brewery is located in an old schoolhouse in the rapidly growing area of Texas Corners. The interior seating is somewhat limited, but there are plenty of outdoor seats available during the warmer months. The menu may be small, but it features some excellent home-smoked meats. The wings and pulled pork are particularly delicious. On this visit, I tried the poutine and added pork, which I highly recommend. There are many hard apple cider flavors to choose from, along with a solid selection of craft beers listed on their website. I tried the BBA P-51 Porter, which has a 3.75 rating on Untappd. I’m looking forward to exploring more food and drink options on my next visit!
We went to dinner at the brewery and I really enjoyed the beer. They did forget one of our orders, but they quickly rectified it and offered us a complimentary dessert, which was quite good. Unfortunately, the food was just average, around 3 stars, while the broths were excellent at 5 stars. That's why I gave it a 4-star rating overall. The place was clean and had a great sense of humor; I would definitely return for the brews and dessert.
