Applebee's Grill - Kalispell

Applebees need to up their game 2* because service was good

I rarely give 5 Stars. They were short help and backed up line for the Dash type drivers and pickup orders. They only had one waiter/bartender and one hostess/busser. Stimulus money dropped and people simply don't want to work. That said...the food was excellent, with friendly, prompt, and attentive service. The only thing that would've made it better would've been better treatment from other customers to the staff. They worked their tails off for everyone. I highly recommend. No I don't know anyone that works at that location it was what I expect when I dine out and more.

The food was good for me but cold for half the people with me. Server barely checked on us. Kind of sad really considering it had a good atmosphere.

Good food the way Applebee's us supposed to be but was understaffed and the building was a little rundown.

Was there for a hour and a half. Not enough coverage do it was slow. Waitress did her best, but still not enough. Chicken and shrimp were over cooked. And 5 mins after getting our meal the check was given to us, never asked about dessert (which we did plan) and never refilled our drinks.
