Five Guys Burgers and Fries - Kalispell

Just came in with a hungry cross country team and the service here was fast and efficient. Great experience and I appreciate the hospitality

We went to Five Guys on a recommendation. We'd never been to one before. Wow!! We were so impressed! Didnt know we were getting 2 patties and a mountain of regular fries. The food was hot and really tasty. Thanks for a great meal.

SO incredibly disappointed in my order yesterday. It's the third time I've been to this location in the last month. The first two visits were a 5, but this time I was literally shocked with the burger I was given. I ordered a litter bacon cheese burger with grilled onions and mushrooms. I grabbed my order and went to the adjacent parking lot to eat. My fies were hot and perfect. When I unwrapped the foil for the burger, the cheese was not melted, the onions were raw, mushrooms lukewarm and patty dry (as if it had been sitting on the grill waiting for someone to arrive). WHAT HAPPENED? Sincerely, Disappointed
