Feedback gevenI've only had good experiences here. Recently I had a great sandwich and soup. The staff was pleasant and the service was prompt. I'll be back.
Ordered on-line for pickup at 7:15 a.m., got the store at 7:20 and all the door were locked, knocked to see if there was someone there and no answer and garbage bucket in the drive-thru. I went and asked for a refund, I started getting the lips about how the café was opened and then they finally agreed to pay back. I gave them 2 stars for at least one answer to the phone, which is more than I can say for others in the area
Accidentally ordered a Mac and cheese instead of the Grilled Mac and cheese sandwich and they quickly corrected my order. Great service! Very clean bathroom also.
Yucky! I usually love a Panera bread, especially after a long day on the road, the icy lemonade mmmm. HOWEVER... the meditarían veggie sandwich is ruined. There are now super spicy YUCKY BLUCKY stuff without warning. I bought a terrible sandwich. The smoothie we got was fine, but the sandwich is the reason for the 3 stars, actually sandwich alone 1 star! But they were friendly and efficient to eat us in the busy drive thru. Good service, bad spices.
Literally THE. WORST. customer service. NEVER ONCE, since they have opened, have they gotten our order correct. If I could put zero stars I would. Mind you, I have been to several other Panera Breads and have LOVED them so this review is specific to this store only. Had bad experience where they got the order wrong for the 100th time. Shift manager swore at me when I asked her to check my receipt to make sure I hadn 't already paid for the item they forgot and were wanting me to pay for again. My bad for declining copy of receipt at time of purchase. They gave me the 6+ bowl of chicken broth (I ordered chicken noodle soup for my child but there was NOTHING in it). Of course the shift manager denied swearing at me but I heard her clear as day. She probably should have made sure the window had closed before calling me a b! . Reported it to corporate. They could care less. I will never give them my business again.
