Customer service at a very low level, apart from the fact that I waited over an hour for a pizza and only 4 people in the premises because for a long time no one from the service came to place an order and the lady had already instructed me that she would come to the table. When I asked to talk to the boss, I heard that there is no book of complaints and complaints and Ms. Manager is afraid to go to the customer and she wanted me to come to her. Moreover, if there is a long waiting time, the service should inform about it the fact that the ordering party should be warned are the basic rules.
