The cocktails we tried had a bitter aftertaste, possibly due to using "wine" and "soju" versions of the actual spirits. The chicken mole was tasty, but leaned more towards French Asian flavors rather than traditional mole. The ceviche had an overwhelming amount of leche de Tigre, making it too creamy for my liking. The atmosphere was pleasant, resembling a backyard of a house. The service was a bit slow. However, the Aguachile and elote pasta were worth their price, receiving a 5 out of 5 rating for those two dishes.
I was very excited to try out this restaurant! The appetizers, especially the zucchini bread, were better than the main dishes. I felt that some of the main courses, like the huitlacoche cacio e pepe and the duck pasta, were lacking in flavor. However, the duck itself was cooked exceptionally well, one of the best I've ever had. The service was also amazing!
