Better With Bread

First off, this is not a restaurant. A very modest Asian couple who are talented bakers produces incredibly good sourdough bread in a tiny storefront hidden off of Tustin Ave in Tustin. Called Moses because the couple is Catholic, this is the type of committed establishment that we should support. There are various unadulterated examples of excellent sourdough bread baked daily such as baguette, boule, sandwich loaf and bagel. There are rosemary, blue cheese, cranberry and walnut and other boules but the simple boule is the best. The bread is exceptional. The crust is a somewhat crisp but chewy, the interior airy with a subtle fermented sourdough flavor. You can buy the bread whole or sliced (it lasts longer unsliced). When the bread is fresh, you will never have a better sandwich in your life. One can order in advance online and pick up two days later. The owners are dedicated and very humble. This bread is considerably better than anything you can buy in a local supermarket and priced reasonably.

Great prices and fresh food. The breakfast burrito is a must try. The chipotle sauce there is so tasty. An the customer service is great! I love to support them because they cool everything with love and you taste that in the food the serve. The prices are literally so affordable. I stumbled on this truck trying to find a shortcut to work. I have had their salmon salad, sandwiches, bagel trays.... Everything I've had has been fresh, made to order, and fabulous! Erica even delivers when I need larger orders for meetings. The prices are too low! (My CFO told me not to tell her that. Highly recommend.

I've tried sooooo many of their food items and they have not let me down. I am a picky eater, and everything at Better with Bread is FRESH, and made with quality ingredients. Angel and Ericka are awesome! You HAVE to check it out and when you do, you will be back time and time again. Follow their social media so you know where they'll be at, but for the most part they are on Tustin between 4th and Fruit. They also CATER! You have to try their SALMON. I am a salmon lover, and it's real easy for someone to mess it up and overcook it, but Angel knows how to cook a FLAVORFUL and JUICY salmon. A few of my favorites: Better with Cream Cheese Bagel, Salmon Sandwhich, Salmon Wrap, and Tuna Sandwhich. Take in mind I have lunch from here about 2-5 times per week so it's hard to narrow it down, but if it's your first time, you can safely go with any of these items and if you don't like it there's something wrong with your taste buds.

I work a couple blocks away from where this food truck parks. You can either visit the truck or they can deliver your order to you. Better With Bread is my favorite place to go during my lunch break. The food is fresh, the truck is clean, and they have healthy options. The staff is super nice and provides excellent service. I order either the salmon sandwich or the vegetable breakfast burrito.
