Fresh Brothers Pizza Carmel Valley

David Portnoy would rate this low. Undercarriage was soggy and undercooked. It saved us from being hungry on a flight. Bad reviews are the airport pricing. It should be $7 maybe $9 but definitely not $15. Staff was friendly enough.

The pizza and chicken wings tastes so good although quite expensive and the portion is not too much. The customer service experience although varies. I was not attended to very well when we first ordered but at a second order and another staff, the experience was great.

Trash, trash, and more trash. Ceasar salad, trash. Mild wings, trash. Placed my order, she said 10min for wings. 10min I go back up, she says almost. I sit back down and wait, a couple people after me get their order of wings. I go up to the cashier and she asks if I wanted something else. I tell her I never got my wings, she asks if I'm sure. All that for the chicken to be undercooked and she just poured sauce on em.

Staff was VERY unenthuesatic and that led to the pizza being cut horribly. The pizza was only cut through the toppings and not the bread at all. The food tastes like nothing. Way overpriced for an less than okay meal.There's also no signs saying anything about having to order a pizza that isn't in the heater. I waited around 10 minutes and the whole time they filled up every other pizza type except cheese. Quite a few other customers asked about the cheese being refilled and the person filling pizza boxes just looked at them with a annoyed look and said nothing.

Without a doubt the worst pizza I've had, and the second worst pizza my wife has had. At least it's expensive.
