Feedback gevenBuying for people from work, asked for receipt to show for reimbursement. Asked for receipt twice, window guy said yes it’s in the take out bag. It wasn’t. Manager took his time coming when I asked for him. Mgr. claimed if you use coupon like I did, it gets thrown in the garbage! When he shrugged off no receipt no coupon, and I asked for money back, he sourly disappeared around a wall, then apparently printed a new receipt with the time now about a half hour after I actually paid them. I suspect the window guy (in cahoots with mgr.? never rang it up. From drive thru can’t tell what window guy did or if the cash I paid went in the cash register. Regional manager should check this shift out with some cross checks of food usage vs. cash register totals and some secret shoppers.
Always has good food and quick service, just a little messy!
Server was very rough and unpleasant. Food was okay.
They tried,… But it just wasn’t very good. The fries seemed like they had been sitting around for a while before I even pulled up to the drive through. The employees were nice, though
Every time I've been to this Jack in the Box it seems like the employees like to park in the handicap spot All the time I've told the manager several times about itand she doesn't do anything about it the employees should not park be parking in lot its for the customers they should be parking on the streets it disrespectful for anyone to park in handicaps spots.. because I'm disabled I can never get into the handicap spot because there's always someone parked there that works there
