Feedback gevenA paradise for the seriously sugar-addicted. Almost everything is cloyingly sweet, and oily. The tabletops are always appallingly sticky. And they don't even offer Wi-Fi for the patrons. The staff turnover is high, an indicator that they don't treat them well, and likely underpay them. Hope to be wrong in my assumption.
The best pastries ever! and the coffee is delicious too.
Knowing people want coffee in the mornings..they really need to hire more people or have more people work the morning shift. I made a mobile order hoping that I can just run in and out with no problem. Nope I was wrong. When I arrived it wasn't even ready better yet it wasn't even done. They said they hadn't gotten my order which we know they did..but now I have to wait for my order and now made me late. So just a suggestion have more people work in the morning.
This monarca used to be my favorite and the drinks and baristas were so nice ! Now, my ice blended mochas lack coffee and taste like chocolate instead. :
Pan dulce is OK, kinda expensive. They’re more commercial and preserved compared to what you’d find at a private owned, less fancy panadaria. Thier packaging and store decor is nice and service is good. Free samples are available which is a plus. Parking may be a little difficult btw.
