La Monarca Bakery Cafe

Usually love the bakery especially for their cakes, but today the case was different. I put in my order for a dulce de leche came at 11am and my pick up time for 6pm. 15 minutes before my pick up time I receive a call that they do not have the cake I ordered (it was already paid for). When speaking to the worker they did not want to offer me a refund or discount. I ended up paying for a cake I did not order in the first place. when I opened the cake I noticed it was put incorrectly into the box. So when taking it out part of it was already ruined. So if you put in your order online always make sure they have the flavor you want or you'll be paying for a cake you did not order!!

The pan dulce is delicious, and inexpensive. We got the vanilla concha, Halloween concha, gava croissant, and cinnamon sugar bolitas. All of them where light and fluffy, the croissant was the only one with a real different texture, but all of them disappeared very quickly. All four items for $5.15, its a deal.

I enjoy the cake. Tiramisue my favorite. Blended oatchata latte. And the mollette. My kis love the chocolate croissant and all the cookies.

Okay so i walk in with my friends and i need to use the restroom. the worker gives me an attitude and says i need to be a costumer to use the restroom. so i ask her if i can buy a cookie and she says “you need to buy something worth 5dallors and up” girl no i do not i don’t need to buy an overpriced drink JUST to use the restroom. i end up buying the drink and she rolls her eyes and leads my friends to the restroom. literally mad dogs us the entire time while we wait for my friend to finish using the restroom. get ur costumers on check.

This place used to be amazing but one of their co-workers was so rude. She gave me an attitude when I told her the coffee taste like pure milk and I wanted to get another with less milk and she said all the coffee are done the same. I have bought the coffee here so many times and I know how it supposed to taste.
