New Flavors

Incredibly rude. I ordered via DoorDash and got a phone call from the restaurant yelling at me for ordering a lunch special at around 12:30 in the afternoon. When I finally got a chance to talk the lady just hung up on me. This was after they confirmed the order. Apparently, I was not allowed to order a lunch special on Sunday, even though that's what they offer on DoorDash. Maybe fix your DoorDash menu to specify this? First and last time ordering from this place. Absolutely unacceptable.

Worse service, I will never order from this place. Ordered food from Doordash which was never delivered. Doordasher states that the restaurant canceled my order. When I call the restaurant the lady on the phone was so rude and did not understand what I was telling her and just hung up on me. I do not know how they are still in business.

Wanted to order from here but you don’t have a way to select what you want. For example on DoorDash and Caviar under the fried rice (with chicken, beef, pork or bbq pork) you can’t select which of those you want. How are you supposed to order?

I been coming here with my family for many years the food is good but this passed weekend we went to eat and the Asian lady had a rude attitude she was giving us a little attitude because she understood the order wrong and brought us something we had not ordered

Was looking for Chinese food for Christmas since I was too tired to cook. I typically don 't write reviews unless it was super bad. Food looked better on plate! I order Mongolian beef, beef tasted old and spoiled. Told the waiter who called over the manager and they replaced it for orange chicken which tasted like smoke and soy sauce. Honestly the only thing that was decent was the honey walnut shrimp. I ordered sauteed string beans, too salty), sweet and sour pork seemed old. Nothing about this place would put you in the mind of New Flavor should be called Worst Flavor . Surprised they had costumers. Sad and a waste of $76 bucks. Will NEVER go back! Almost walked out. Yuck!
