Panda Express

I don 't know when they change staff here. Mature ladies seems they try their best to work but this is not a Panda service speed I know.I 've been using LAX more than 20 times a year and always give a shot to this location in Terminal 7; yet they never replaced the staff. Ambiance is ok wish there are more tables and food taste is average for me to consider come back. Again I come because this is only Panda in T7 that 's why.See all my reviews and I rarely give 1 start.. this is how much the service is important nowadays.

Ordered right before closing! They didn't have much left since they were about to close. I didn't see any of the shrimp left. I like the honey walnut shrimp. But all I saw left was chicken with fried rice. That's okay. No worries. I was hoping for some fried wontons too but those I didn't see either. Bummer I got there too late! I grabbed a couple drinks (a smart water bottle and a coke a cola) to take with me on my flight. And then left to scour about the airport for some foods lol

Horrible customer service.Came in about 3:40 pm today.Both server and cashier looked angry and rushed us through to choose what we wanted in a hurry. There was only 1 customer in line behind us so no line.Also, to add our noodles we're cold.

Heads up for vegetarians and vegans, the chow mein at this location contains chicken broth. They don't have their full range menu despite the signs on display advertising them, and the customer service is quite poor. It kind of sucks when you get to the front of the massive line and you realize they're out of almost everything.

It’s very early morning. This being our first Tom Bradley Terminal experience and unsure if there’re eateries en route to the 2xx gates, we stopped here to purchase food for our long flight (actually more choices midway to gate). There was no wait. Pro forma fast food service. Clean counter. Standard familiar PE fare. Quite tasty. Tables available in food court.
